Shipping

Delivery

- South Island: 5-8 days

Refunds
Oceans Alive is committed to providing high-quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, return it in its original condition within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. If we made an error with your order, we will send a replacement and a prepaid return bag for the incorrect item. We do not provide refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully. If goods are faulty, we will fulfill our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Account Arrears
Any unpaid invoice/account will incur an additional 10% fee for each month it remains unpaid, starting 6 months after the original invoice date.
